The Strategy team at Fastloop sits at the front of every opportunity, helping clients uncover how advances in big data, analytics, cloud, and other digital solutions can accelerate their business in a hyper competitive environment.
By using the latest in digital thinking, the Digital Strategist is responsible for developing robust digital solutions to complex business challenges. With an eye on ever-changing advances in the customer experiences, data capture, and platforms, the Strategist will work on the development of initiatives that cover personalization strategies across omni-channel touchpoints.
The Digital Strategist will have a keen eye for excellence across the changing landscape of sales, marketing, loyalty, brand and operations – always delivering outcomes that generate business impact for our clients. The Digital Strategist must possess a passion for understanding the underlying drivers across business sectors, industries and broader market trends with the ability to marry these together into industry leading digital strategies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement improvements to digital strategies across multiple mid- to large market enterprises;
- Provide thought leadership in Customer 360 strategies, from tagging, data ingestion, orchestration, to activation in sales, marketing, media, and loyalty platforms;
- Conduct research and stay on top of the latest trends happening in advertising and marketing environments (e.g. changes happening with third-party cookies);
- Create actionable, customer-focused, business-minded strategies that can create incremental revenue for clients;
- Plan and manage strategic projects, working with a diverse group of technology talent across data science, engineering, analytics and cloud computing;
- Use data and insights to create compelling and well-justified recommendations for the client's business products and services; and,
- Cultivate and support the growth of the client’s business; and be the champion for customer insights and strategy with clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Must-Have
- 5+ years in marketing, advertising, loyalty, strategy, digital, technology consulting and/or ecommerce;
- Hands on experience with marketing-tech, ad-tech or loyalty-tech (including CRM, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Loyalty Platforms, etc.);
- Deep work on Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager;
- Excellent analysis, research, and planning skills;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills;
- Strong experience working directly with executive/c-suite levels;
- Able to work in highly flexible, start-up, fast paced environment; and,
- Passion for technology, business, customer experience, innovation, and digital solutions.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Public Cloud Technology (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure); and,
- Experience with BI platforms (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
